I have to give BIG shout out to my dealer Fox Valley Truck in Appleton and Shawano WI for once again providing exceptional service on my 5220R tractor. A roll pin on the range selector lever worked part way out inside the transmission and the tractor was stuck in neutral. I called Elliot Arft Tuesday at 8 AM, he was able to send someone to pick it up later that day, Kim was the driver, we loaded up and she left for Shawano at 4 PM. Steve in service called me later morning on Wednesday to tell me they had found the problem and it was repaired under warranty and they would be getting my tractor back to me today! Kim showed up at 4 PM with my repaired machine in time for me to feed hay to the cattle. It wouldnt be such a big deal except my farm is 112 miles one way to the dealership in Shawano.
